Download the Lev app, enter your email, and complete your profile with basic information about you and your dog. You’ll start with a quick introduction and can begin collecting Bones on your first walk.

Head to the Map tab and tap “Start” to begin walking. Lev tracks your route, distance, and time. As you walk, you can collect Bone markers on the map, which are added to your balance and can later be used in the Marketplace.

Bones can be earned in many ways, including collecting them on walks, maintaining streaks, referring friends, verifying dog‑friendly locations, voting in polls, checking in at approved places, and participating in other in‑app activities. Earning methods may evolve over time, and new ways to earn Bones may be introduced as the app grows.

Bones do not expire. However, to encourage ongoing participation rather than long‑term accumulation, Lev uses a reset mechanism: if your Bones balance remains positive for 30 consecutive days, the balance will reset to zero. You’ll continue earning Bones normally after the reset.

There is no cap on how many Bones you can earn or hold in your account.

Bones can be redeemed for discounts in the Lev Marketplace, which features dog‑related products and services from partner brands. Bones can be used to cover up to 100% of an order’s value at checkout. While the redemption rate may change over time, the ability to fully cover an order with Bones remains available.

Bones are an in‑app rewards system designed to enhance participation and engagement. They are not cash, stored monetary value, or a bank balance. Their redemption value may change as the program is adjusted to keep the marketplace healthy and sustainable.

As Lev grows, we periodically rebalance how Bones are earned and redeemed to prevent excessive accumulation, reduce unintended use, and ensure the long‑term stability of the marketplace. These adjustments help keep rewards meaningful for the entire community.

Each day you start a walk counts toward your streak. Streaks reward consistent activity with increasing Bone bonuses over time. Streaks do not reset automatically, and you can track your progress in the Dashboard.

Use the Map tab to see nearby users on walks. Tap an avatar to view profiles and send friend requests. Once connected, you can chat, share posts, and see each other’s walk summaries. Lev may also suggest nearby active users you might want to connect with.

Share your unique referral link from your Dashboard or profile. When a friend signs up and starts using Lev, both of you receive a Bone bonus.

Open the Map tab, tap “Add Location,” and submit the details. Adding a location costs Bones, but if the community verifies it as dog‑friendly, you’ll receive your Bones back along with a bonus.

New locations are reviewed by the community through polls. Voting with the majority earns a bonus Bone. Some activities, such as check‑ins, may require moderation approval before rewards are issued.

Enable Invisible Mode using the eye icon on the map. While enabled, you won’t appear to other users and won’t be able to interact with nearby walkers. You can turn this off at any time.

Your data and location are used only to power app features like walks, maps, and nearby connections. We prioritize privacy and do not sell user data to third parties.

The Lev Marketplace allows users to discover and purchase curated dog‑related products directly in the app. Orders are powered through Shopify and placed seamlessly within the Lev experience.

We accept dog‑related and pet‑adjacent products such as treats, toys, gear, wellness items, home goods, and apparel. Lev is a curated marketplace, and we onboard brands that align with our community.

Lev takes a flat commission on each order placed through the app. There are no setup fees, subscription costs, or hidden charges.

No. Brands always receive the full product price minus Lev’s commission. Any Bone discounts applied at checkout are handled by Lev.

Once the Lev app is available on the Shopify App Store, you can install it and connect your store. Products sync automatically, and Lev orders appear in your Shopify admin like standard orders.

No. Only Lev’s in‑app rewards (Bones) apply to Marketplace purchases. External Shopify discount codes do not apply.

Orders are fulfilled as usual through Shopify. Returns and cancellations are processed normally, and any used Bones are automatically reconciled by Lev.

Selected partners may be featured through in‑app placements, social media, or newsletters. Visibility opportunities may evolve as the marketplace grows.
